NATURAL BRIDGE

The Natural Bridge House is a complete home renovation, with several new additions, in Springfield's premier vintage neighborhood. The home owners loved the site, and skin of the original home, but it was in need of preservation and updating. With this home being one of the smaller, and more dated homes in the neighborhood, the owners saw an opportunity to bring it up to par and make it their own. The design took in to careful consideration the period and architecture of the surrounding homes of the neighborhood. Traditional architectural elements with some modern flair will make this complete renovation and addition one of the shining stars of the neighborhood.

We worked with the home owners to ensure the main shell of the original house is preserved, while giving them the floor plan and amenities they wanted in their dream home. They were very open to suggestion, and it was a great group effort to bring this type of project fully together in a cohesive manner. The project is currently under construction, with a projected fall 2021 completion date.
