OZARK MOUNTAIN MODERN HOUSE 

The Ozark Mountain house is a 6,000 s.f new construction in Ozark, MO. The site is a sloping 12 acre prairie, with amazing views. The home owner wanted an exterior that was modern, yet somewhat traditional. The home owners were extremely involved in the design process of this home. They came to the table knowing very little about what they actually wanted. Through a series of meetings I was able to assist them in coming to the end result, which we all feel is incredible. Through working with them to develop the interior layout, we were able to accomplish exactly what he wanted. I am more than excited to see this one come to fruition, this homes floor plan functions very well.

This home is in the final stages of design and bidding. It is scheduled to start construction in the spring of 2021.
